2 defense.Like the other Accessory Slot Armor equipment, there is no cosmetic form.
How to Obtain
Copper Rings can be crafted through 
Blacksmithing for the price of 4 
Copper Ingots (starting at 
6) via the Anvil in front of The 
Blacksmith's forge.

If the required Skill Perk is enabled, the chances of getting any one infusion is 15%.

Crafting Time Reductions
It is possible to reduce the crafting time of the Copper Ring with certain Skill Perks.
Time Sensitive I Skill: reduces the crafting time of all blacksmithing recipes by 10 minutes. New crafting time:

Time Sensitive II Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. New crafting time: 30m
Time Sensitive III Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. New crafting time: 20m
Time Sensitive IV Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes. New crafting time: 10m
