Gold Legplates are a type of Leg Slot Armor in Fields of Mistria. Gold Legplates provide 
8 defense.The cosmetic form of the Gold Legplates is the 
Gold Pants, which is unlocked the first time The Player equips one.
How to Obtain
Gold Legplates can be crafted through 
Blacksmithing for the price of 4 
Gold Ingots (starting at 
24) via the Anvil in front of The 
Blacksmith's forge.
Infusions
When crafting, it is possible for Gold Legplates to receive one of the following infusions:

Fortified: grants an additional 4
when worn. Requires the 
Fortified Blacksmithing Skill.
Hasty: increases player movement speed by 4%. Requires the 
Hasty Blacksmithing Skill.
Tireless: Base Stamina is increased by +4 
when worn. Requires the 
Tireless Blacksmithing Skill.
Infusion Chance
If the required Skill Perk is enabled, the chances of getting any one infusion is 15%.
- If the
Empowered I Skill is unlocked, this chance rises to 20%. - If the
Empowered II Skill is unlocked, this chance rises to ?%.
Crafting Time Reductions
It is possible to reduce the crafting time of the Gold Legplates with certain Skill Perks.
Time Sensitive I Skill: reduces the crafting time of all blacksmithing recipes by 10 minutes. New crafting time: 
40m
Time Sensitive II Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. New crafting time: 30m
Time Sensitive III Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. New crafting time: 20m
Time Sensitive IV Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes. New crafting time: 10m

The improvement in the provided by the Gold Legplates, in comparison to the 
Tarnished Gold Legplates, is +1 ( 8 vs the Tarnished Gold Legplates' 7).
