The Earth Tablet is a 
Story Quest that The Player unlocks after reaching level 40 of The Mines. The Player must complete this quest to break The Earth Seal and progress to the next section of The Mines.
Quest Details
I found another tablet with strange markings in the Mines. I should bring it to Juniper to discuss our next steps.
