Trees are a slow-growing group of plants that can grow on The Player's Farm and around Mistria year round.

Tree Saplings can be crafted at The Mill in Mistria.

Trees can start growing on tillable dirt patches or grass around the Farm, though they require a completely clear 3x3 square space around them to fully grow. Nothing else can occupy this 3x3 square space, including Debris, Crops, other Trees or Fruit Trees, buildings such as the Farmhouse, Barns, or Coops, furniture or other decorative items, bodies of water, etc. or else they will not reach their full size.

Like Fruit Trees, regular Trees have 5 stages of growth over a period of 14 Days and their saplings can be planted year round.

Types of Trees

Pine

Pine Trees are grown using Pine Saplings, crafted using Pinecones.
When shook, chance to drop Pinecones.
When cut down at full size, drops any of the below:

• Pinecone
• Wood
• Hardwood (requires Natural Skill)
•  "Seasonally Appropriate" Forageables (requires Forager Skill)

Oak

Oak Trees are grown using Oak Saplings, crafted using Acorns.
When shook, chance to drop Acorns. When cut down at full size, drops any of the below:

• Acorn
• Wood
• Hardwood (requires Natural Skill)
•  "Seasonally Appropriate" Forageables (requires Forager Skill)
