Fog Orchids can rarely be found as a forageable during  Fall.

Fog Orchids can be bought from Balor's Wagon (after reaching  Fall) for 160t.
Pets also have a chance of collecting Fog Orchid when completing the Pet Job "Collect Forageables" (during  Fall only).

Fog Orchids can be used in Woodcrafting recipes, donated to The Museum's Flora Wing, or given as a gift.
Fog Orchids are also used for certain Quests.
