The Weather changes daily and certain weather conditions are dependent on the current season. To check the weather for the next day, the Player can interact with the Weather Crystal Ball.

The Basics

For Fishing and Bug Catching purposes, Weather is divided into four categories: calm, special, inclement, and heavy inclement.

• Calm: Sunny
• Special: Breezy (Spring and Fall)
• Inclement: Rainy/Rain, Snow
• Heavy Inclement: Storm/Thunderstorm, Blizzard

Image	Weather	Description
	Sunny	Sunny weather has no special effects.
	Breezy with Cherry Blossoms	This form of windy weather only happens during the  Spring. Pink flower petals fall through the air during this weather, and (if other conditions are met) the legendary Spring fish will spawn.
	Breezy with Falling Leaves	This form of windy weather only happens during the  Fall. Leaves fall through the air during this weather, and (if other conditions are met) the legendary Fall fish will spawn.
	Rain/Rainy	In rainy weather, all crops on the farm are automatically watered.
	Storm/Thunderstorm	In stormy weather, much like rainy weather, all crops on the farm are automatically watered. However, there are also added lightning animation as well as thunder sound effects During  Storms, and  Thunderstorms in the  Summer (if other conditions are met) the legendary Summer fish will spawn.
	Snow/Blizzard	Snowy weather only happens during the  Winter. Like rainy weather, all crops on the farm are automatically watered. During  Blizzards, (if other conditions are met) the legendary Winter fish will spawn.

The First Week

The first week of a new save file will always have the following weather by default.

Sunday	Storm	Heavy Inclement

Accessibility

The strength of the "Weather Particles" can be adjusted in the Settings Menu under the " Accessibility" option. The setting has 3 options:

• Default - No modification
• Low - Strength of the particle effect reduced
• Off - Particle effect is completely turned off
