Story Quest "The Mill Restoration Project"

The Mill is a production building located just east of the Request Board in Mistria.
At first, The Mill is boarded up and inaccessible. The Mill is unlocked following completion of the Story Quest "The Mill Restoration Project".

Milling Recipes

While there is no Milling Skill, the Ranching  Wind Down, and  Maximum Milling Skills are both helpful for general milling. While the Ranching  Feed Prepper Skill is helpful when milling Animal Feed specifically.
Milling does not have an associated crafting level, so all Milling recipes are available immediately.
