Chili Pepper can also be bought from Balor's Wagon (after reaching  Summer) for 225t.

Chili Peppers can be used in Woodcrafting and Cooking recipes, donated to The Museum's Flora Wing, or given as a gift.
Shipping a Chili Pepper is necessary to unlock specfic cooking recipes.
