Cauliflowers can be grown from  Cauliflower Seeds during  Winter .

Cauliflower can also be bought from Balor's Wagon (after reaching  Winter) for 300t.

Cauliflowers can be used in Woodcrafting and Cooking recipes, donated to The Museum's Flora Wing, or given as a gift.
Shipping a Cauliflower is necessary to unlock specfic cooking recipes.
