Iron Ore

Iron Ore is a type of Ore that can be that can be found when Mining Iron Nodes in The Tide Caverns.
If The Player has the  Ore-Riginal Skill, Iron Ore will also sometimes drop when Mining regular rocks within The Tide Caverns, not just when Mining  Iron Nodes.
Iron Ore can also be dropped by Ironclods, and Green Stalagmites, when they are slain. Ironclods, and Green Stalagmites spawn in The Tide Caverns, and The Deep Earth respectively.
Alternatively, Iron Ore can be purchased from The Blacksmith (after The Player reaches The Tide Caverns) for 70t.
While Iron Ore's main use is to be processed into Ingots, it can be used in Woodcrafting recipes, or given as a gift.

Processing Iron Ore Into Ingots

Starting at 2, Iron Ore can be processed (via the anvil in front of The Blacksmith) in lots of 10 (or 9 with the Blacksmithing  Iron Expert Skill) into Iron Ingot.

Crafting Time Reductions

It is possible to reduce the crafting time of Iron Ingot with certain Skill Perks.

•  Time Sensitive I Skill: reduces the crafting time of all blacksmithing recipes by 10 minutes. New crafting time: 10m
•  Time Sensitive II Skill: reduces the crafting time by an additional 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. New crafting time: 0m
