Ruby

Rubies are a type of jewel, that can be found when Mining Ruby Nodes, or (rarely, 5% chance) when Slaying Copperclods. Both Ruby nodes and Copperclods can be found in The Upper Mines .
Alternatively, Rubies can be bought from Balor's Wagon for 180t (while in stock), crafted via The Stone Refinery (using 22 Stones), given as a random reward (in lots of 2) when making a 100t wish at The Wishing Well, or sometimes found in Wooden Treasure Boxes.
There is also a chance of receiving a single Ruby as a Gem Cutting Date Reward.
Rubies can be used in Woodcrafting recipes, or be given as a gift.

Rubies are also needed for certain Quests.

• To Improve Chance of Finding Rubies:
•  Generous In Defeat Skill: Monsters will occasionally drop twice as many items when defeated.
• When Mining Ruby Nodes:
•  Earth Breaker: Breaking a Rock in the Mines will occasionally destroy all other Rocks in a 1x3 area around it.
•  Earth Breaker II: Breaking a Rock in the Mines will occasionally destroy all other Rocks in a 1x3 area around it and is now more likely to occur.
•  Resonance: Defeating an enemy can break a nearby rock.
• When Refining Rubies:
•  Refined Rockery: The Craft Time for all Stone Refinery recipes will be reduced by 10 minutes. New crafting time: 0m
•  Break One, Get Two: Crafting a recipe at the Stone Refinery will sometimes create a bonus crafted item.
